Child and Youth Workers

Social Service Workers

Qualified Residential Care Workers

Developmental Service Workers

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individualized care and support to young adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting

- Assist with daily living activities, life skills development, and fostering independence

- Build positive relationship with clients, helping them reach their personal goals

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans

- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients while promoting a nurturing and respectful environment

Qualification:

-  Child and Youth Worker, Social Service Worker, or similar relevant qualifications

- Experience working with young or young adults with disabilities is an asset

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A passion for supporting individuals to reach their full potential
